Rich graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Journalism, but decided on a career in sales after working as a reporter for less than a year. A low compensation factor was one reason for the decision to change careers and go into sales.

He has been is sales and sales management for over 20 years. Rich was in voice and data systems sales for most of that time. He made a change to the Employment Screening profession based on a desire to be part of an important and growing industry where consultative sales methods can be very important.

Rich enjoyies the challenge of convincing prospective clients that HR ProFile has the tools, methods, and a long history of perfecting the process to provide the best quality at competitive prices.

As the National Account Manager, he gets great satisfaction when he knows that he has helped a client design an excellent program for employment screening. It is also very rewarding to be part of HRProFile's success and growth.
