Oleg designed and implemented his first Web sites back in 1995 while a graduate student in Library and Information Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. It was right around the time the first WWW browser, Mosaic, was conceived at his then Alma Mater. He has been designing Web applications of increasing complexity ever since, both for a living and on a pro-bono basis, for educational institutions, government entities, real estate companies, for non-profits, and for various individuals.

As the Web was evolving and the technologies it used were advancing at a very high pace, the skill and knowledge demands placed on IT professionals grew in step. Oleg, feeling the need to get through a rigorous program of studies that would be focused directly on computers and IT, got enrolled in a graduate program in Computer Science at Virginia Tech, and successfully completed the M.S. requirements in 2000. He feels that perhaps his most valuable education was his on-the-job experience, which allowed for continuous learning of new and emerging IT technologies.

Oleg considers himself lucky to be part of HR ProFile team. He is excited about the opportunity to be closely involved in IT solutions that HR ProFile uses internally, and the ones it offers to its clients.
